Local Businessmen Guy Luksic and Ed Barry purchase the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area development franchise rights from Jantize America, an emerging Charlotte NC Franchisor
Greenville, SC: Jantize® America, the emerging franchisor of commercial cleaning services, has continued its expansion with the sale of the area development rights to the Greenville / Spartanburg, SC, “The Upstate,” territory to local professionals Guy Luksic and Ed Barry. The sale brings promising expansion into major markets and unparalleled corporate support for the area developers.

The Guy-Bar team brings mixed professional backgrounds to the franchise table. Guy brings over 15 years of manufacturing management experience with him while Ed brings the sales and marketing expertise. Making the decision to purchase the area developer rights was an easy one when compared to some of the other franchise opportunities researched by the team. As Guy explains, “We are truly looking to build something for the long-term that is sustainable and Jantize® is that model. We have the chance to own a business where we are not only working for ourselves, but helping others to do the same.”
Ed feels the Upstate SC market is ready for the Jantize America concept and feels they are well positioned in the community to develop their area franchise. “We understand that business is built on relationships and our goal is to start building those long term relationships within the Upstate community.”
The new Jantize Upstate area developers are excited for the future and have big plans for 20 new unit franchisees in the first year.
